I don't know about any places in LA- but I know it will be more expensive because they are in high demand there. I went to a place just 20 minutes away in Long Beach called Salon Medusa. It was great, the stylists name is Regina and she charged $80 a row, which is really a bargain. As with most places you need to buy your own hair, which is fairly easy. Good luck!

go to sherman oaks and get great lengths extensions. they use a protein bonder so it wot hurt ur hair as much :]
