I have fair skin with cool undertones and freckles. My natural hair color is medium, dull blonde, but I recently colored it a really light blond. Oh yeah, my haircut is an inverted bob, cut to my chin. My eyes are a medium hazel-greenish color. What color do you think would look best on me?

omg, seriously go red, or at least get some red highlights. red is a tricky color to get, so it's always best to go see a professional. but if you do it all one color, then it's easier. you just need to get a protein filler in a red color, this fills in the blonde and preps it for coloring/more even results. then you dye it the color you want. what ever you do, please don't get a box dye because your hair will be soooooooo damaged, go to sally beauty and get a quality dye.
