Hair Style?

my hair is pretty long at the moment (more than 13 inches long lol) and i want shorter hair. My hair is pretty damaged from past coloring and perming mishaps, but i find that if i stop coloring and other chemical things (perming, relaxing, etc.) my hair looks like how it used to look before i started with dying my hair. Anyway, i was wondering if anyone has any ideas for hair cuts for round shaped faces (yeah, my face is round-ish :( ). I'd prefer like mid-length/ shoulder length hair cuts. Thanks if you've posted, input is helpful.

p.s: no bobs, please. its unflattering on me and i'd die if i had one... again.

Long layers would help cut off more of the damaged ends and taper it to frame your face
