What can I do for hair this is very fine and breaks easily?

I have a mid length bob with some highlights. I use a thickening shampoo. I also use a thickening serum. I blow my hair dry. What can I do to strengthen it?

Darling you can use the heavier shampoos / conditioners and blow dry, but also ensure that you are using a very soft brush.

Try very hard not to pull too much when you brush darling. You can use a comb, but you must be very very careful with it.

When you wash your hair, don't pile it up on top of your head, simply run the shampoo / conditioner between your hands and wash, massage your scalp allowing the shampoo / conditioner to run through your hair. "comb" the shampoo / conditioner through your hair to clean and condition, and then rinse. When you towel dry, do NOT rub your hair. simply pat your head and squeeze the hair in the towel. This will minimize the stress put on your hair with washing / drying.

Use the brush or comb gently from the bottom of your hair up. This will reduce the strain on the hair shaft as well darling.

Now you really must tell me what "VT" and "AM" mean darling.... I've seen it around and I'm quite curious.
