How do you grow out hair faster?

Well, my hair actually grows the fastest out of all my friends (last June it was a chic layered bob, now it's already past my shoulders!)...

But anyone have any suggestions? And to make it grow out without weird chemical stuff and too much multivitamins?

Drink Green Tea, Ingest your daily requirement for protein (I think it's like 50g.) Your hair is made of protein..I think it's called Keratin. Cardiovascular exercise and L-Lysine (you can get that at Wal-Mart). Another drug, Biotin (get it at Wal-mart). Do not exceed reccommended dosages.

Hair grows from excess protein. If your muscles don't need protein to rebuild, excess protein goes into the growth of the hair, fingernails, etc.

If you want your hair to grow faster, eat lots of protein. Eat tuna fish for lunch every day.

btw- hair isn't made of protein, it's (disgustingly) from dead cells. How nice but it was in my science text book.
